Meet Jeannette Scott
Executive Director/Founder, Pastor
One recurring question nagged Jeannette through two decades of nonprofit and ministry roles serving women who were homeless, incarcerated, addicted, and/or struggling with trauma and mental health. How can we do better for struggling women?
In 2025, this question became unshakeable. She spent almost a year in research, planning, listening, and learning. The result is Follow Discipleship & Recovery for Women.
Jeannette has provided direct service, leadership, coaching, and communication expertise to various nonprofits and churches. She is a former journalist and author of three books. Jeannette is a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God, an active member of Lighthouse Church (East Earl, Pa.) and an ICF Certified ACC Life Coach.
Jeannette has been clean and sober since 1988 and met her husband of 34 years, Bob, in recovery. They have three adult children, a daughter-in-law, son-in-law, and four grandchildren.
Activities that fill her cup include: quality time with family and friends, quilting, fishing with Bob, and any chance to be on the ocean.

Meet Tina Eddings
Board Secretary
Tina believes in the mission of Follow because she loves seeing people get healed. She says, “It's amazing to see how God radically transforms and restores lives.”
Tina experienced her own transformation through recovery. Her husband, Demond, found recovery through an intensive discipleship program and then served in that ministry. Together, they volunteer at events for Restart Training Center, a residential men’s program and active members of Lighthouse Church in East Earl, Pa.
Tina’s favorite role is that of wife and mother. She also enjoys allowing God to bless the work of her hands as a licensed massage therapist in her private practice, Touch by Tina.
Activities that fill her cup include: journaling, reading, gardening, coffee with friends, and anything outdoors.
